When booking an appointment through Megan Elizabeth, you must acknowledge and agree to the below booking terms and conditions and session agreement in conjunction with the general terms and conditions listed here.

TERM:
You acknowledge that this agreement remains in place for all services you engage in with Megan Elizabeth.

Megan Elizabeth SERVICES:
You are aware that Megan Elizabeth uses a combination of human design and oracle card readings with her clients. By utilising Megan Elizabeth’s coaching services, you enter into an agreement with Megan Elizabeth that you are responsible for creating your own results, following any purchased programs, and completing the tasks and activities as outlined.

APPOINTMENTS POLICY: 
Late to an appointment
If you are late to an appointment, you may forfeit that time. For example, if you are 15 minutes late for a 60-minute appointment, the appointment may be shortened to 45 minutes. After 20 minutes if you have not shown up for the appointment it will be deemed as a no-show appointment.

Change your appointment
If you need to change your appointment up until 24 hours prior to your session time, please reschedule online using your original booking email. If you can’t find this booking email, please contact Megan Elizabeth via the Contact Us page. Ideally we would appreciate 48 hours’ notice wherever possible for changing appointments and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Cancellation and refunds
All Megan Elizabeth sessions are private, personalised, and are NOT eligible for refunds.

Your satisfaction with our sessions, readings, and programs is important. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, and care that goes into creating your personalised session they are not eligible for a refund. By using and/or purchasing any of our Products or Services, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

In circumstances where Megan Elizabeth deem a refund possible, 3.5% of the total cost of the booking will be held back to cover costs incurred from the third-party payment gateway.

Appointment no-show
If you cancel your session in less than 24 hours from the scheduled date and time, or fail to show up to the session, you will not be refunded and will lose the full payment for that session. If this session was part of a package or program, you will incur a penalty of a NO SESSION REFUND for that session and that session will be considered completed within part of your package.

Cancellation by Megan Elizabeth
If Megan Elizabeth, cancels an appointment due to unforeseen or unexpected circumstances, illness, technology failure, urgent family matters, or anything else outside of her control, she will give you as much notice as possible and she will coordinate with you the best way to reschedule.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Coaching materials and tools used or presented during any coaching session, or as part of a coaching program or group workshop, or sent to you via email, is protected by copyright law and is copyright to Megan Elizabeth unless credited otherwise. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast, or transmitted in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Prior written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained for any other use of material. No material provided to you during a coaching session, program or workshop may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose or financial gain. All intellectual property rights are owned by Megan Elizabeth.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
Megan Elizabeth takes your privacy seriously and any information provided through your use of our services are subject to Megan Elizabeth's Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.

GUARANTEES: 
You acknowledge that Megan Elizabeth does not make any terms, guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions whatsoever regarding any particular results or benefit that you’ll get from our services. We will do everything to give you the tools to succeed, but we make no guarantees. We cannot be any clearer about this: we make no promises regarding results and make no guarantees whatsoever.

INDEMNITY WITH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Megan Elizabeth's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.

You expressly understand and agree that Megan Elizabeth, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

You agree that your participation in these services, including all activities, is entirely voluntary. You expressly agree to accept all risk of injury and/or damage that may arise from your participation. 

ADVICE AND INFORMATION DISCLAIMER:
The services and holistic, evidence-based interventions provided at Megan Elizabeth do not replace medical treatments. By engaging in a session with Megan Elizabeth and by using the techniques provided, you must agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being or that of your child’s. Whilst there are no known side effects to Australian Bush Flower Essences, this does not mean you will not experience side effects. You agree to never hold Megan Elizabeth or its practitioners liable for any side effects or results of the treatment

The information during these sessions including ideas, suggestions, techniques, and other materials, is educational in nature and provided only as general information and not medical or psychological advice. The techniques used during Megan Elizabeth’s coaching sessions are meant to supplement and not to be a substitute for professional medical consultation, care, and treatment. Do not attempt to treat a serious ailment yourself without first gaining proper consultation from a qualified health care professional.
