Poems by a Sunflower
Poems by a Sunflower is a space for soulful musings, magic and creative exploration. It’s the working title of what cannot be fully named, the words my soul whispered to me in watercolour ~ the threads of what it is to be human, to be woman and to be creator.
Connection to nature, spirit and soul is woven deeply through my artwork and creative life ~ the paint and the poetry make it tangible, and help me make sense of this experience called life.
On my journey, I have gathered tools and wisdom that have helped shape my craft, my business and my life.
This is an adventure, and a journey. There is so much joy in learning to tap deeply into your intuition, your creative soul. Learning to work with your own energy cycles, listen to your own rhythms and be present in your own magical seasons.
To embody feminine energy and realise the power that lies within.
The creative journey is one of deep healing and power. Of laughter, simplicity and joy.
Of transformation, connection and expression.
Intuitive human design & oracle readings
Human design (along with astrology) is something that has been a path of curiosity and creativity for me. A tool that has helped me to gain greater clarity and understanding of how my energy works ~ it’s not another system to get stuck in, or a set of rules you have to follow. For me, it helps illuminate the path and has been an anchor that gently nudges me back on course to focus on my own goals.
For me, Human design is a gentle art of contemplation, something you can use to help peel back layers of societal conditioning and find more freedom. I am a certified human design reader, however the sessions I offer are a blend of human design and oracle reading, alongside my own intuitive insights.
It’s more about having a conversation about where you’re at right now, and mapping the way forward.
I’m a 6/2 Sacral Generator in Human Design. But I identify as a wholly human girl, in love with living a creative life and freedom of expression. I drink too much tea, love following the moon cycles and I love unpacking the lasting impacts the witch trials have had on women and the systems we live under.
Most importantly, I believe in joy, magic and always looking and moving toward the light ~ hence the sunflower.
